Prague School of Bioethics is a unique international event, aimed at promoting the interest of important current bioethical issues, especially among medical students and other students of health studies as well as physicians, nurses and other health care providers.
There will be three topic lines in this inaugural event: End-of-life Decisions, Therapeutic Gene Editing in Humans, and Transplantation. Each of these important ethical issues will be thoroughly covered by invited experts in lectures, workshops and panel discussions. Additional activities such as movies and interactive exhibitions will be also part of the programme. Detailed programme will be published in July, 2019.
The Prague School of Bioethics is organized by the Second Faculty of Medicine, Charles University and Institute of Biomedical Ethics and History of Medicine, University of Zurich.
